To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. There are some situations where we can also offer a partial refund. To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Used items: Due to age related wear and tear we cannot guarantee the longevity of our items. All used items are tested, we offer a 30 day return policy if the item has any defects that causes it to not work.
New items: For new products our policy lasts 30 days and is for defects and defective items only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Collectibles: We do not offer refunds on collectible items under our collectible tab on this website.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Refunds: Once we have received the item, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-7 business days.
Shipping: You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item depending on the situation.
